Immigration debate ends more amicably than it starts | James O’Brien on LBC
Caller Lewis argues that the fall in net migration doesn’t do much to change his ‘feelings’ about the issue.
It comes as net migration fell by almost 50% in 2024 compared to the previous year, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS)
James O’Brien’s assessment of Lewis’ opinion is: “It doesn’t matter whether it’s true or not, it’s how you feel.”
Whilst the pair don’t agree on the issue of immigration, it’s fair to say the debate ends more amicably than it starts.
