The Home Office says it will block visas from Angola, Namibia and the Democratic Republic of Congo unless those governments help deport their citizens from the UK.
Officials claim “thousands” of illegal migrants and criminals from these countries are in Britain, but cooperation on returns has been “too low.”
Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood warned: “Accept the return of your citizens or lose the privilege of entering our country.”
Similar action against other nations is also being considered.
