For this year’s #AugustEatIn I am doing a dedicated series of vlogs in which I will harvest what’s ready on the plot and then head to the kitchen to make something with it. For the final weekend, we are going sweet: sweetcorn, cheesecake and clafoutis! I harvest the food to take away with us on holiday and later start sowing brassicas in readiness for next year’s polytunnel spring harvests.
