Mel Stride tears apart ‘SHORTSIGHTED’ Rachel Reeves as Iran driven cost-of-living ‘CRISIS’ looms
Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer Mel Stride has called on Chancellor Rachel Reeves to step up in this period of war to deliver financial stability.
In the House of Commons Monday, Reeves provided a statement on the economic impact projected by the conflict in Iran. In response, Stride said that we would be in a much better position had Reeves done a better job prior to the start of the conflict, and urged Reeves to reconsider many of her decisions and back the Tories’ plan for economic stability.
