NOW : 6 Labour MPs DEFECT To Reform After Farage REVEALS SHOCKING Surprise For New Party Member

The MP for East Wiltshire stated that the “Conservative Party is finished” and that the essence of conservatism is “transitioning from one leader to another.”

LONDON — Danny Kruger has become the first sitting Conservative MP in this parliament to switch allegiance to Nigel Farage’s right-wing Reform UK party.

Kruger, who has represented East Wiltshire since 2019, will lead Reform’s efforts to prepare for government. The party has been at the forefront of national voting intention polls since spring of this year.

In his speech announcing his defection, Kruger declared, “The Conservative Party is finished. It is no longer a national party.”

Previously, Kruger served as Boris Johnson’s political secretary from July to December 2019 and was a speechwriter for former Conservative leader David Cameron, notably crafting the controversial “Hug a Hoodie” speech before Cameron became prime minister in 2010.
