Douglas Murray blasts lefty MPs for Defending Illegals
Author Douglas Murray says members of parliament in Britain are meant to “represent” the people of their constituency rather than the people of the world.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has warned his cabinet that more anti-illegal migration protests lie ahead if social cohesion isn’t mended, as his government struggles with an influx of illegal migrants crossing the English Channel.
“They are not meant to be the defence team for everybody entering the country illegally,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“It’s just the most preposterous abandonment of their roles and of their duties.”
