Ed Miliband has backed a “roadmap” for the transition away from fossil fuels at UN climate talks, as he said “forces of denial and delay” were losing the fight against action.
The Energy Secretary pushed for greater urgency in the clean energy transition as he delivered a national statement to delegates, negotiators and diplomats at the Cop30 conference in the Brazilian city of Belem on Tuesday.
