The Green Party have approved a policy to abolish landlords, in a bid to repair the ailing UK housing market.

It’s a headline-grabbing policy – but it’s not as crazy as it might first appear.

Meanwhile, Labour have announced plans to shake up the house-buying process, while the Conservatives want to give first-time buyers £5,000.

Could any of these housing policies work?
