The Secret Service and the former president’s campaign said Trump was safe following the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles (50 km) north of Pittsburgh.</p> <p>Live video showed blood spattered on Trump’s right cheek and ear.</p> <p>Downing Street in the United Kingdom issued a statement about the shooting:</p> <p>“We are shocked by the scenes at President Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania.
