Health Secretary Yvette Cooper says she is “profoundly sorry” for those who have lost their loved ones and for the failures set out so clearly in the recent report.
Cooper goes on to say this must be a turning point for the NHS, and that the Labour Government will urgently develop plans to put live-streaming monitors on cots in neonatal wards.
