Hugo Chaves loyalist Delcy Rodriguez will act as new head of Venezuela, but anxiety is creeping in as to whether she will want to work with the Trump administration which will cause future geopolitical headache, says vice president and senior director of the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center at Atlantic Council, Jason Marczak.
