Keir Starmer says Public Sector reform will be a Struggle
The Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer has announced that Labour will spend nearly two billion pounds on upgrading Britain’s ports. The money would come in part from his planned increase in the windfall tax on oil and gas companies.
